Refunds (Effective from 1 January 2026)
- Starting 1 January 2026, we will process refunds for eligible orders.
- Until then, refunds are not available except in cases where your order is damaged or missing items.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Send us an email at hgtradersupport@gmail.com.
- Include your Order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a short note about the issue.
- Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at hgtradersupport@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Important Notes
- Refund requests without photos or proof of damage/missing items will not be accepted.
- Refunds (once available after 1 January 2026) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Digital/downloadable products cannot be refunded once accessed.
