Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Plottheday, we care about our customers and want to provide you with a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


Refunds (Effective from 1 January 2026)

  • Starting 1 January 2026, we will process refunds for eligible orders.
  • Until then, refunds are not available except in cases where your order is damaged or missing items.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Send us an email at hgtradersupport@gmail.com.
  2. Include your Order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a short note about the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at hgtradersupport@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests without photos or proof of damage/missing items will not be accepted.
  • Refunds (once available after 1 January 2026) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Digital/downloadable products cannot be refunded once accessed.
